A one-time, non-taxable cleaning fee is assessed, the amount of which depends on the duration of your stay:
Up to two weeks: $120.00
More than two weeks: $135.00

In the Bath: We provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel.

balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. A separate check for
a security deposit of $200 is due 2 weeks prior to arrival; it is
refundable within 30 days of departure. Prior to your arrival, a
lodging agreement will be mailed to you to be signed and returned
with your payment.

If you wish to pay by credit card or other similar means, Seaview Townhouse is also listed on VRBO which offers a complete booking and payment service. Use of this service will incur additional service fees. Refer to the VRBO web site for details.
