Seaview Townhouse at Coquille Point Condominiums provides a deluxe ocean view setting for family or golf vacations. For inquiries regarding availability or accommodations, please contact us at coquillepoint@aol.com.

Lodging rates are based on a seasonal schedule:
 

Winter Season, 2024-2025

Two nights**......... $440 ($220 per night)
Three nights........ $630 ($210 per night)
Four nights.......... $800 ($200 per night)
Five nights........... $950 ($190 per night)
Six nights............ $1,080 ($180 per night)
Weekly**.............. $1,190 ($170 per night)

 ** Two nights minimum stay, maximum two weeks.

 

Summer Season, 2025

 
  • June 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025

Two nights*.......... $500 ($250 per night)
Three nights........ $720 ($240 per night)
Four nights.......... $920 ($230 per night)
Five nights........... $1,110 ($220 per night)
Six nights............ $1,260 ($210 per night)
Weekly*............... $1,400 ($200 per night)

 * One week minimum stay, maximum two weeks. Shorter stays may be approved depending on availability of housekeeping staff.

5% Discount — For returning guests, and referrals from prior guests, when making a reservation directly with us. Not applicable for bookings made through reservation services.

Occupancy Taxes

All rental charges are subject to a 9.5% City of Bandon Visitor Lodging Tax and 1.5% State of Oregon Lodging Tax.

Cleaning Fee

A cleaning fee is assessed for each booking. The amount (including taxes) depends on the duration of your stay:
   Up to two weeks: $133.20
   More than two weeks: $149.85

Amenities Package

In the Kitchen:  Cheese made in Bandon's Face Rock Creamery, crackers, Oregon wine, locally roasted coffee, Oregon packaged tea selection.

In the Bath:  We provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel.

Reservations

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of ½ of total charges; the balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. A separate check for a security deposit of $200 is due 2 weeks prior to arrival; it is refundable within 30 days of departure. Prior to your arrival, a lodging agreement will be mailed to you to be signed and returned with your payment.

 Payments

Payment by personal check is preferred.

If you wish to pay by credit card or other similar means, Seaview Townhouse is also listed on VRBO which offers a complete booking and payment service. Use of this service will incur additional service fees. Refer to the VRBO web site for details.

 Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival – full refund; within 30 days – ½ of booking; 2 weeks or less – no refunds. Certifiable medical emergencies excepted.

 Terms of Usage

  • Coquille Point Condominiums, including Seaview Townhouse, is a no smoking facility inside and on the grounds. *
  • Dogs are not permitted. *
  • Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
  • Arrival time is after 4:00 pm, check-out time is by 10:00 am (except by prior arrangement).
  • The townhouse has an enclosed garage that will accommodate two standard size sedans or SUVs. There are no facilities for parking large vehicles such as trucks, vans, RVs, or vehicles with trailers. Overnight parking on the street is not allowed.

* $75 will be deducted from the security deposit if there is any evidence of smoking or dogs in the unit or grounds.
